[EnPOBJy4S8R] Health Updated on August 07, 2026 EDT — Published on August 07, 2026 EDT I’m starting to share a little more of this side of things here, I usually just post this kind of content in my Instagram stories, but I wanted to bring it over to the feed too. What’s actually in my cart, how I think about food for my girls, and why. When I first started this parenting journey, I was pretty extreme with my choices, and honestly, it was easier to be that way when they were younger. As they’ve gotten older and started spending more time out in the world, birthday parties, friends’ houses, school events, I realized that rigidity wasn’t serving them the way I thought it would. So now I’d call myself a health conscious mom rather than a strict one, I gravitate toward the healthier option most of the time, but I’ve made room for balance too. My goal isn’t to raise kids who feel deprived or afraid of certain foods, it’s to raise kids who know how to listen to their own bodies, who can enjoy the things they love, and who also understand how to prioritize what actually nourishes them. That balance is really the whole philosophy behind how I shop now. If you like this, I’ll be sharing more shopping haul trips, Costco runs, Target trips, Trader Joe’s runs, and more. Come along for this one, and I’ll be back with more soon. 🛒💜 #GroceryHaul #HealthyEatingForKids #ConsciousParenting #ShopWithMe #HealthyKids 6UlrPuwrVEH HpE7ZGPigXd 3sXohENncXD ZjNpPrZZByo 414wpJ553yu
